General

Organization, Rules and the Arbitrator

Any dispute or claim shall be resolved through final and binding confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all matters relating to the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Terms and this arbitration provision.

Governing Law and Award

The arbitrator shall apply applicable law without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any award rendered shall include a confidential written opinion and shall be final and binding, without a right of appeal. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
